I have moved to blogging at running4cupcakes. Yesterday I went on my first run with a baby, a dog, and the jogging stroller! And no more calf pain. Crossing my fingers that it is gone for good! We did 4 miles together. Such a silly puppy dog.

I have created this blog to try to gauge the feasibility of creating a new running club which has a charitable aim among its guiding principles. It does NOT give handouts to individuals, but instead supports groups with particular needs. There is constant two-way feedback to ensure that. Without getting all soppy and crying all over my keyboard. I am going to tell you how running can change your life. I am also going to tell you how it has changed mine too. Running can be and is well known to be a sport that is quite lonely at times. My first year of running was absolutely great.
